Tell us about your university/college. What was your major/minor? How is campus life? 

Wingate University is a very fun but challenging school it really teaches responsibility. My major was sports management hoping to become an athletic director in the future.

What do your teammates say is your best quality? 

My teammates will say my best quality is that I’m very humble and how i always put the team first. Also how I always look for ways to improve.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set? 

Whichever role best fits the team to get wins. Rather that be offense or special-teams, I have experience in many positions on the field so adjusting wouldn’t be a problem.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

Joe Blue (LB out of Newberry College) would probably be the best player I have ever played against

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?

My team is full of playmakers so it’s really hard to say which one would impress me the most when all of them bring something different to the table which plays a big role in our success.

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.

My freshman year of college, one of my childhood friends passed away. This was during one of the hardest semesters I have ever had. It taught me how to overcome adversity while trying to stay focused.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?

I will probably run track.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?

I am most proud of how I manage to take care of my body this year to prevent any injuries. I will say that goes along with my biggest achievement which is becoming an all conference running back while going for 1000+ yards.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?

I will say I model my game after Alvin Kamara. He’s my favorite running back. My favorite team is the Philadelphia Eagles.

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?

My favorite music artist is Kendrick Lamar but meek Mill gets me the most ready for games.

What is your favorite comfort food?

Pizza

Do you have a favorite movie or actor?

Friday night lights is my favorite movie. Denzel Washington is my favorite actor.

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?

I play the piano during my off time. I guess you can say that’s my hobby as well.

Who or what motivates you the most? 

My past failures motivate me the most. I want to make sure that I never take any steps back.
