Tell us about your university/college. What was your major/minor? How is campus life?

My major is Sports Broadcasting with Communication Skills.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?

My teammates would tell you that my best quality is the energy I bring to the field. I just go out there, have fun and be myself.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?

Being one of the leaders on the team and being a captain as well. I’m a versatile cornerback. I can play man and zone very well.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

Mars Hill had good receivers

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?

I would say Will Sweeper and Jeremiah Ferguson. Will is so fast. He runs right past defenders and can stop on a dime. You have Ferg, who can blitz down the line and cover as a linebacker it’s pretty impressive.

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.

Going into my senior year my appendix burst on me. Didn’t know how. I just know for weeks my stomach was hurting, and I finally went to the doctor. They told me that I shouldn’t be alive right now and that me working out every day saved my life.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?

I probably would be playing basketball or baseball.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?

I’m proud to say that I’ve grown as a person and a player. I still have the record for interceptions in a single season at my high school (9 Ints). I lead the state in picks in 5A ball. I would say my biggest achievement is getting All-American and being a top D2 corner.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?

Jalen Ramsey. I would compare my game to Ramsey and Peters.

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?

Ball by Key Glock gets me piped up!!

What is your favorite comfort food?

I like beans and rice with fried chicken and a roll.

Do you have a favorite movie or actor?

Adam Sandler is one of my favorite actors right now.

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?

I like working out and working on my craft whether it’s 15 minutes or 30. I like playing madden too.

Who or what motivates you the most?

My mom is my biggest inspiration!!
