First off, congratulations on the East-West Shrine game invitation and First-Team All-Gulf South Conference selection. What was your immediate emotion when receiving the invitation and honor?

Thank you so much! I was on my way to pick up some food after practice and I got a call from my coach saying, “I have something in the office that you might like.” When he told me, I got the East-West Shrine game invitation I was filled with all kinds of positive emotions. Then all of a sudden, I started thinking of all the tough times and hard work, it took to get to this moment and I cried. It was a great day.

You transferred to UWG after a stellar career at Kennesaw State. What made UWG the right fit to continue your education and what did you take away from your time at Kennesaw State?

A lot of my coaches at Kennesaw State are familiar with the coaches at West Georgia and once I took my visit to West Georgia, I felt a sense of family. It also helped that they had a successful history sending people to the NFL.

What have you taken away the most from the coaching staffs both at Kennesaw State and UWG?

I have learned a lot from my time in Kennesaw and UWG. Although, the one thing that stuck out to me the most is that constant effort separates a good player from a great player.

Who is the toughest player you’ve competed against during your collegiate career?

The toughest player I have competed against is B.J. Autry.

In your opinion, who is the best player in the NFL?

Aaron Donald is by far the best player in the NFL.

You’re in front of all 32 NFL General Managers and have 15 words or less to give them your pitch on why Auzoyah Alufohai will be an asset to their organization for years to come. What do you tell them?

I value consistency and dependability. These are qualities I strive to embody in my life.
