List these three in order of importance and why: Film Study, Strength and Conditioning and Practice?

•Practice, strength and conditioning and then film study. I put practice first because practice brings consistency and being consistent is one of the key things you need to be great at this game. Being well conditioned gives you an advantage over your opponents. Also, being stronger than them will be in your favor as well. That’s why Strength and conditioning is number 2 on my list. Putting film study at number 3 on the list was hard for me because I know how important it is to study your opponents and also yourself. Studying your opponents film helps you out a lot individually and as a team. Learning their tendencies and habits could help you execute the game plan. Studying yourself is a little bit more important to me because constructive criticism is key to getting better. All three of these things are really important.
