Diamond Talk: Prince Robinson, CB, Tarleton State | Pick Six Prince

Prince Robinson sat down with NFL Draft Diamonds owner Damond Talbot and since that date, our owner fell in love with the super star corner and return man. The 6000, 190 pound Houston, Texas native is a beast at the D2 level. Many are talking about Lenoir Rhyne’s Kyle Dugger right now, but this kid should be getting the hype just as much.

Robinson is a freak athlete, and it all started in high school where he was an All-State Cornerback, All-State Punt Returner, and All-State Kick Returner, where he lettered in football and track. Robinson is a 4.4 kid and he is a big play maker for the Texans.

He would leave school and attend Trinity Valley Community College. His first year at TVCC he lined up at wide out. He is so athletic he caught 16 passes for 226 yards and a touchdown. He went to the defensive side of hte ball the next year as a Sophomore and tallied 4 interceptions.

Last year, at Tarleton State, Robinson went off. He finished with 61 tackles, five for loss, led the team with 5 picks and had 15 pass breakups. He returned one pick for a touchdown, and that is becoming a normality for him.

This year, just call him the Pick Six Prince. Prince has four interceptions and 3 of them have been returned for a pick six. He has six career touchdowns, four via pick six and one kick and one punt return. This kid is fast too and he is so elusive. His vision is top tier and his ability to get close on a receiver is insane. He is going to make shock many come draft week.
