College Gridiron Showcase Week 7 Standouts and Studs

Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton – Trautman is the best small school tight end in the nation. This week he proved it hauling in 10 receptions for 122 yards and scored three times. One of the times he caught a pretty bomb with one hand. This kid has everything you want in a tight end.

Karekin Brooks, RB, Penn – I have had Brooks on my Dream Bowl list in the past, but let’s face it this kid is dominating right now. He could impress scouts at the CGS Small School Event as well. He has really looked the part and I am super impressed with his vision. This week he scored three times and finished with 178 yards on 28 carries.

Michael Bandy, WR, San Diego – I had Bandy’s quarterback on my list earlier, but I had to give Bandy a shout out. I have been pumping this kid for years, and he is making me look like a super hero scout. He finished the game this week with 9 receptions for 118 yards and two touchdowns. Keep it up Mike!

John Hightower, WR, Boise State University – Landover, Maryland!!! Where you at? Hightower is putting it on for the city. The 6020 wide out has been ballin this year, and he had a great game this week against Hawaii. He finished with 141 yards receiving and scored 2 touchdowns on just seven receptions. This kid is a sleeper.

Malcolm Perry, QB, Navy – He would be a running back at the next level but this kid is crazy good. He rushed for 218 yards on 20 carries and scored 3 times. When it comes to passing he had four pass attempts in which he completed 2 of those passes for just 9 yards. He is 5090 but man is this kid fast.

Brandon Aiyuk, WR, Arizona State – The Rocklin, California native had himself a game, and let’s face it he is having a great year. He finished this weeks game in a monstrous way. He scored three times and hauled in seven receptions for 198 yards receiving. Herm Edwards may know a thing or two about coaching because the Sun Devils are ballin.
