How can you go against the Kansas City Chiefs right now?

Patrick Mahomes is a baller and right now the Chiefs have to be the team to beat in the NFL.

This week the Kansas City Chiefs had the toughest matchup they had this year. The Chiefs still ripped apart the Ravens, and Patrick Mahomes is looking special.

Patrick Mahomes is on pace to throw for 6,384 yards and 58 TDs this season, which is stupid. He is balling right now, and it is hard to go against the Chiefs. The team lost Tyreek Hill to injury and Mecole Hardman stepped up. They have had some solid surprises this year, one being Demarcus Robinson. D-Rob has been a beast, and the Chiefs are rolling.

I look at the Chiefs schedule and I believe they could end up going 16-0 this season. Their next three contests should be easy. They have the Lions, then the Colts and Texans at home.

Their toughest match-up of the year is going to be when they face the Patriots in December. The Patriots are going to cruise through their schedule. I think they will smoke the Broncos, Raiders and will get the best contest from the Chargers in their division. I do however feel they will sweep the Chargers.

The Chiefs are solid, and their offense is phenomenal. If they can somehow land one cornerback like a Jalen Ramsey, or Xavier Rhodes, or Ken Crawley, I feel they could honestly make a push to go to the Super Bowl.

Troy Aikman took a shot at Patrick Mahomes this week after The Athletic in Kansas City posted a tweet that said:

Patrick Mahomes (60) has thrown more than a third of the career touchdowns of Aikman (165) despite playing in less than 10 percent of his games (165-20).

That prompted Aikman to clap back.

“ICYMI: Talk to me when when he has 33% of my Super Bowl Titles.”

I think this is going to add fuel to the fire, and I would not be surprised if the Chiefs take it all. Right now the Chiefs have the secondbest odds in the NFL to win it all behind the Patriots, and I think this is the year of the Chiefs. I would not be surprised if Patrick brings the trophy home!
