Zach Larsen will be judged in the next few months for something he cannot control. Many will say he is a little short to play in the NFL, but I am here to say that is just an excuse for people that have never watched him play.
The 6’1, 305 pound offensive lineman for Southern Utah is about as legit as they come. I am a huge fan of Larsen, and there is a good reason for that. He has played in all 33 games at Southern Utah in his career. He is a first team All-American and First Team Big Sky.
When you look at offensive lineman they have to have smarts, especially at the center position. Larsen is not only an All-Academic Honors winner in the Big Sky, he comes from a family of NFL players. His brother Cody has played for the Ravens and Broncos and he has another brother on the Panthers.
Larsen is married and that is a huge quality NFL teams look at. It is hard to find guys committed to anything anymore, and Larsen married Ashley Baugh Larsen who plays for the SUU basketball team. You are getting a genuine, and hard nosed football player with Zach Larsen.
In Prep School, Larsen was a Team Captain, a State Champion and a 2 Time All American. Add in the fact that he was the O-Line MVP for Haloti Ngata’s Elite Lineman Camp back in 2012. I am a fan of Larsen and if you watch some film you will become one too! I guarantee it!
