We are hearing that several players could be getting dealt before the season begins and I wanted to give out a few scenarios and a few mock trades to see what you think. Let me know what you think.

Ken Crawley, CB, New Orleans Saints – I think Crawley is the odd man out in New Orleans. I would not be surprised if he plays quite a bit in this week’s game to showcase him. The Jets are a team to watch out for. Right now the Jets have tons of question marks at the corner position and Crawley who was tendered this year could come in and contribute right away.

Prediction: Crawley is traded to the Jets for a mid to late round pick

Zay Jones, WR, Buffalo Bills – Last night the Buffalo Bills showcased Zay Jones in the game late. It was late in the game when they had their third string QB in and Jones was still catching passes. I think Zay will be traded and I would not be shocked if he landed on his former WR’s coach’s team. The Los Angeles Chargers had a need at the WR spot and they recently signed Dontrelle Inman, but Phil McGeoghan is the WR’s coach who coached Zay in college at ECU and at Buffalo. I could see the Bills giving him up relatively cheap too.

Prediciton: Zay Jones traded to the Chargers for a late round pick

Trent Williams, OT, Washington Redskins – Williams is not happy and he has tons of suitors. If the Browns want to win they better protect Baker Mayfield. I think the Browns would be a team willing to give up a few draft picks to land a star offensive tackle. I could see this going many ways, but I think the Browns end up with Williams to protect their Franchise QB.

Prediction: Trent Williams is traded to the Cleveland Browns for several draft picks in the next couple years. The highest pick is a 2nd round pick

Reshad Jones, S, Miami Dolphins – Reshad Jones is just not happy in Miami and he has wanted out for years. There are several teams that could benefit from Jones but one team that would be willing to give up a late round pick to land him is the Cowboys.

Prediction: Cowboys give up a late-round pick to land the hard-hitting safety Jones.

Jadeveon Clowney, DE, Houston Texans – Miami Dolphins want him bad, and I can see them doing practically anything to get him. This may sound crazy but the Texans want an OT. They are not happy with their offensive tackles and they were not willing to give up tons of picks for Trent Williams. The Texans will however trade Clowney for a player who can protect their QB.

Prediction: DE Clowney and OT Ju’lien Davenport to the Dolphins for OT Laremy Tunsil and a 2nd round pick.
