As an athlete, what is your motivation?

My family, and reminding myself where I came from as a former walk-on to starting 26 games over the last 2 years for the best team in CUSA.

What defines success for you?

Finally accomplishing a major goal that you have dedicated your life too.

What would your teammates say about the type of teammate you are?

My teammates will say I’m the type of teammate that is willing to put them before myself.

What are some of your personal “rules” that you never break?

Personal rules I cannot break are lying, cheating and stealing.

Who is the toughest player you’ve competed against during your collegiate career?

My former teammates that played left and right guard. Rishard Cook and/or Malique Johnson. I mean those guys used to come to practice everyday and fire off the line of scrimmage and I wasn’t slowing down either. So everyday was a dog fight which made Saturdays a bit easier.

Who is the best player in the NFL?

Aaron Donald. I don’t need to say much more.

What is your team of choice on Madden, why?

I am from Maryland, so I definitely would run with the best team in the NFC East. (Redskins)

Failure is inevitable in life. How do you handle situations that don’t go in your favor?

Learn from them and embrace the rough times because it builds character. Brighter days will be ahead, being optimistic and exuding positive energy will lead to positive outcomes.

Is there a current/former NFL player that you model your game after?

I like to tell myself sometimes I am a mixture of Mike Singletary and London Fletcher.

Knowing what you do now, what would you go back and tell yourself as a High-School Freshman?

Grades. School and education comes first before football.

What is your go-to restaurant near campus?

Green Acres, best chicken wings in Birmingham.

If your life was a book, what would its title be?

“The Mofor Era.”

Lil Uzi Vert.

If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, living or deceased, who would it be and why?

If I could, that dinner would be more so of a feast with all my loved ones that passed away abruptly. Since I could only choose one, it would be Ray Lewis.

Forty-years from now, what do you want to be remembered for?

I want to be remembered as the guy who paved the way for all the guys that where given very little opportunity’s but rose to the top and became champions.

In 15 words or less, why should an NFL team invest in you?

No one will be as violent and physical as me on a day to day basis. I am a high character player that brings toughness and leadership to a locker room.
