Five trades that make a ton of sense before the start of the season

Bills lose out on Ziggy Ansah but find a replacement in Jadeveon Clowney

The NFL season will begin soon, and these are five trades I would like to see before the start of the season.

Jadeveon Clowney to the Buffalo Bills – The Bills missed out on Ziggy Ansah and they could use some edge rush. Clowney is a guy that could be shipped out in Houston if the price is right. Brian Gaine the Texans GM came from Buffalo and both Gaine and Brandon Beane of the Bills have a good relationship. Bills trade Shaq Lawson and a 2020 2nd Round pick for Jadeveon Clowney.

Darron Lee to the Jacksonville Jaguars – The Jaguars lost Telvin Smith for the year today. He basically walked away from football and Lee is a cheap replacement. Lee fits the mold well and the Jets want to get rid of him. The Jaguars trade a conditional pick to the Jets for him and land a solid player.

Chris Harris to the Cardinals – The Cardinals need someone opposite of Patrick Peterson I know they took Byron Murphy but Harris is aging and can be a player to come in day one and play. This would be nasty because Murphy can come in and out the game in different packages and the Cardinals would have a gross secondary. Cardinals trade a third to land Harris.

Kyle Rudolph to the New England Patriots – Let’s face it the Patriots lost Rob Gronkowski and I know they signed Ben Watson today, but he is getting up there in age. Rudolph makes way too much sense, and Brady lands another weapon. The Vikings are not trying to just give him away, but they do. Vikings trade Rudolph for a 4th round pick.

Gerald McCoy to the Cleveland Browns – The Buccaneers do not want to pay Gerald McCoy and the Cleveland Browns want to win a Super Bowl now. This move makes too much sense. The Browns are willing to give up a draft pick for McCoy and get this the Bucs have to give him to the Browns for a 5th because no one wants his salary. Browns win big time.
