Gerald McCoy will visit the Cleveland Browns, Several teams showing interest

Gerald McCoy has his first visit lined up and it is with the Cleveland Browns

Free agent Gerald McCoy has at least six suitors in pursuit. The Falcons, Patriots, and Saints have shown a level of interest in McCoy since his release from the Buccaneers, according to ESPN.com’s Jenna Laine, but that is not the only teams interested. According to Mike Garafolo is reporting that Gerald McCoy will visit the Cleveland Browns tomorrow.

Two other teams also interested are the Carolina Panthers and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Cleveland is switching to a 4-3 defense this year. They’re already pretty stacked with Olivier Vernon, Sheldon Richardson, former No. 1 pick Myles Garrett, as well as interior man Larry Ogunjobi, but McCoy would add some much-needed depth and make an awesome rotation. McCoy had 28 tackles and six sacks in 14 games last season.
