NFL Draft

Who are the best players left starting the second round?

Drew Lock of Mizzou is a big time player with a huge arm. He is one of the best players remaining in the NFL Draft after round 1.

The first round is over, and there were some surprises, but there were also some amazing players who fell out the first round. Let’s go over the best of the rest, heading into round 2.

Best players available:

Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida – There were questions about his knee but this guy is a stud.

DK Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss – The best wide out on many boards, but he did not go in the first round. Two WR’s taken before him.

Byron Murphy, CB, Washington – The best cornerback in the entire draft, only one CB went in the first.

Greedy Williams, CB, LSU – Another amazing cornerback still sitting there and could go early round 2.

Nasir Adderley, S, Delaware – A Small school defensive back who can play safety as well as cornerback.

Erik McCoy, OL, Texas A&M – A very amazing interior lineman that many projected to teams in round 1.

Cody Ford, OL, Oklahoma – Are you kidding me? Many had him going in the top 15 and no one had him getting past the Vikings.

Dalton Risner, OL, Kansas State – Risner is a stud and should be taken early in the first round.

Hakeem Butler, WR, Iowa State – He is the best wide receiver in the entire NFL Draft. Don’t @ me.

Irv Smith Jr, TE, Alabama – He is a true pass catching tight end, and he is the next best tight end on the big board.

Drew Lock, QB, Mizzou – He is the best quarterback left in the draft. Only three QB’s were taken.
