What is Josh Rosen worth? What team is going to win the Rosen Sweepstakes?

I think Josh Rosen is better than people are giving him credit for. Rosen was the seventh most sacked quarterback in the NFL, and he still hit 55 percent of his passes.

Since the merger in 1970, no 1st round quarterback has changed teams after just 1 season with his draft team, according to Elias Sports. That is pretty insane when you think about it. Most teams do not trade away the guy they feel was their franchise QB .

So with that being said what is Josh Rosen worth? To be honest he is way better than people are giving him credit for. In just 14 games, he attempted 393 passes, and completed 217, which is 55 percent. That is not bad considering Rosen was in his first year. The game had not slowed down to Rosen yet. Most NFL quarterbacks struggle in their first year.

Rosen threw for 2,278 yards and 11 touchdowns. Yes, he had 14 interceptions, but he was sacked 45 times last season. He was the seventh most sacked quarterback in the NFL. The only quarterbacks sacked more than Rosen were, Aaron Rodgers, Deshaun Watson, Dak Prescott, Derek Carr, Russell Wilson and Eli Manning. Look at those names, they are pretty solid players. I mean many say Dak Prescott has the best offensive line in the NFL, but they allowed the second most sacks. So what is Rosen really worth?

Josh Rosen is not a bad quarterback, and this year he has better weapons than he had last year. The Cardinals added former Bears first round pick Kevin White in free agent, their rookie wide out Christian Kirk played well and will grow year two and they have the legendary Larry Fitzgerald. David Johnson is 100 percent now, and they added JR Sweezy on the offensive line.

The Cardinals added some key pieces for Rosen, but as the rumor has it he is getting dealt. With that being said, I feel the three most likely destinations are the Redskins, the Patriots and the Chargers. If I was to pick a sleeper team, I would pick the Cincinnati Bengals, just because I am crazy, but I love Josh Rosen and I feel the Cardinals are making a big mistake.
