Today the Final Four of NFL on Fox (Twitter Account) for best fanbases was down to the Buffalo Bills and the Tennessee Titans on one side and the Browns versus the Bears on the other side. The Bills were smoking the Titans up 20,000 votes with 12 minutes left in the poll, and the Titans somehow ended up beating the Bills by a landslide.
The Titans fanbase reportedly cheated and were bragging about buying bots to vote for their team, to ultimately not get beat by the Bills. There were even some low blows from the Fox account, making the Bills fans remember the Music City Miracle that happened back in 1999. Well, the Bills fans were fired up after losing, they could not understand how they lost. Sal Capaccio, a Bills beat reporter said the Titans fans paid money to win the poll, and basically cheated according to some Titans bloggers.
Well, we already know what type of fanbase the Buffalo Bills have. I mean remember when Andy Dalton won the game against the Ravens putting the Bills in the playoffs for the first time in 17 years? Bills fans thanked Dalton by donating more than $415,000 to his foundation.
So how would they repay the cheating Titans fans? The best way the BillsMafia knows how. They turned to Del Reid the owner of 26shirts, and the founder of the #BillsMafia. Del came up with the newest game plan.
Yep, you guessed it the Bills fans began donating money to a Children’s Advocacy Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The fans began pouring in donations by the hundreds. The Bills fans once again kill with kindness. You may not like the product you see on the field from the Bills, but it is hard to say this Fanbase does not deserve to be in the Final Four of any poll for best fanbase in the NFL. They continue to amaze me, and make me proud to be a part of the #BILLSMAFIA! #GOBILLS
PS: Titans fans may have to pay quite a bit to beat the Browns, because the two best fanbases in the game will be joining this week to make sure they do not walk away with a Championship.
