New England Patriots draft needs: 5 small schoolers who can take the Patriots to the Super Bowl again

Tom Brady needs a few players to help him get to ring number 7, and if they can add these small schoolers they may have a very solid chance.

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots did it again last season. They went on to win their sixth Super Bowl under the tutelage of Brady and Belichick. If the Patriots want to get back to the Super Bowl again they are going to have to find a few more depth players to help them get back. The five positions we feel are their biggest needs are a pass rusher, defensive tackle, wide receiver, cornerback and a quarterback.

Greg Menard, DE, North Dakota State – Greg Menard is a solid pass rusher and he fits the Patriots mold. Menard has been an All-American for years. He is a 6020 pass rusher who weighs 240 pounds. Right now I believe Menard is a priority free agent, but he could be a late-round pick.

Wyatt Parker, DT, Fort Hays State – This kid is a freak, he stands at 6040 and weighs 290 pounds. Last year, Fort Hays State had a kid in Nathan Shepherd who was taken by the Jets. Parker is not getting the same notoriety but he can play at the same level. He will likely be an undrafted free agent but he is a kid that will make an impact if given the chance.

Ashton Dulin, WR, Malone University – The 6020 wide receiver has speed and great hands. He is one of the 19 small school players who was invited to the NFL Combine. He will likely be a draft pick in the mid to late rounds, but he would be a great draft pick for the Patriots.

Dylan Mabin, CB, Fordham University – Fordham University has produced some good players in the NFL, and Dylan Mabin is a solid player. The 6010 cornerback is likely a priority free agent, but he plays like a Patriot. He is a tough cornerback with great tackling skills.

Drew Anderson, QB, Murray State University – The former Buffalo Bulls quarterback has all the intangibles to be a star in the NFL. The Racers gunslinger will likely be a priority free agent but the Patriots know quarterbacks and he is a super underrated player right now.
