NFL allows Preston Williams, Jaylon Ferguson and Jeffery Simmons to interview at Combine

Colorado State wide receiver Preston Williams will be allowed to participate in the NFL Scouting Combine interviews and medical but still has been banned to participate in the workout activites because of an arrest that happened years ago.

The NFL Scouting Combine is coming soon and three of the top players were denied the right to participate in the upcoming NFL Combine, but after a long talk with the NFL, the agents came away with a small win today.

The NFL is now going to allow Louisiana Tech defensive end Jaylon Ferguson, Mississippi State defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, and Colorado State wide receiver Preston Williams to engage in interviews with teams.

While they cannot perform they will be able to answer questions with NFL teams about their past. This is a win, because they will be allowed to perform medical meetings as well. So the players will get to go through the process just not the underwear Olympics.
