AAF week two is underway and the first game has a rise in attendance from last week

AAF attendance is on the rise. Birmingham Iron once again surpass 17,000 fans and are off to a 2-0 start.

The first game of week 2 in the AAF is over and Birmingham Iron led by Trent Richardson the former number 3 pick in the NFL Draft ran in the winning touchdown. This is the second game of the year for the undefeated Iron and their fanbase has been impressive. Last week the Iron had 17,039 in attendance.

The Iron went up a few hundred fans. The league is growing and obviously fans are paying attention. I love that it is working for the AAF because the players deserve it.

Attendance for today is 17,319, which is a bit more than last week. #AAF— Josh Boutwell (@joshboutwellsun) February 16, 2019
