TSU LB Christion Abercrombie was not expected to live after hit completed rehab a month early
Tennessee State University football player Christion Abercombie was a solid linebacker who suffered a horrible injury against Vanderbilt, completed an inpatient program at Atlanta’s Shepherd Center on Friday, a month ahead of schedule. He was able to walk across the stage to be with his family, friends and medical team.
Officials at Shepherd Center in Buckhead held a ceremony for Abercrombie who will get to go home for a few days and will return Wednesday to go to Shepherd Pathways, an outpatient day program in Decatur.
Abercrombie walked which is so amazing. The doctor’s were not sure he would even live from the injury, and he is walking month’s later. GOD IS GOOD, CONGRATS CHRISTION!!!
