Tell us about your hometown, and what you love most about it?
  • Newport News, Va. My family, friends, and the area itself is fun. And its where the best dual threat QB is from Michael Vick.
List these three in order of importance and why: Film Study, Strength and Conditioning and Practice?
  • First is strength and conditioning. You have to be in shape in order to play the game. This is what helps you get those one or two extra reps if not the whole game. Second is film study. Learning your opponents and anticipating what they’re going to do on the field is key. Its slows the game down for you and help you visualize whats coming. Lastly is practice. This is what brings everything together to prepare for the game.
What do you worry about, and why?
  •  I worry about missing out on opportunities. There’s always somebody out there trying to get the same goals as you. Thats why I try and take every opportunity there is to be great.
Give me an example of when you failed at something. How did you react and how did you overcome failure?
  •  My sophomore season in college, one of my worst years in college. I reported to camp 15 pounds heavier then i did my freshman year not to mention we had new coaches too so it was like getting recruited all over again. I was slow and out of shape. So my reps went from have 20-30 reps a game to maybe 1-5 reps and game cause they didn’t thing I could perform at a high level on the field and that gave me a reality check. I changed up my eating habits, worked out more, dropped weight, and I took the game more serious. I showed the coaches I was serious and my last two season I’ve earn my starting position.
What do your teammates say is your best quality?
  •  I’m a unselfish teammate. I’ll do whatever it takes to get a win. If I have to hold a block longer so our linebackers can get in scotch free I’ll do it. I’ll always do what’s best for our team.
Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?
  •  Amir Hall- Bowie State. He is something special and we’re going to see him on Sundays
What would your career be if you couldn’t play football?
  • I imagine myself opening up my own sporting goods and starting a clothing line.
Room, desk and car – which do you clean first?
  •  Room
If there was a disaster and you could either save three strangers or one family member, which would you choose and why?
  •  If I had a chance to save all I would but I’ll have to lean more towards family member. Family means everything to me.
If you could be any television or movie character, who would you be and why?
  •  Got to be incredible hulk(before infinity war).
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
  •  Going back to my sophomore year it was rough. A lot things wasn’t going my way and I wanted to give it up. I had to look myself in the mirror and realize it was me that caused all this and I have to fix it.

What is your most embarrassing moment?
  •  In eighth grade I was trying get waves and I piled a lot of wave grease in my head thinking I was going to get them in one day and I had to go to school with huge chunks of wave grease in my head that was very visible.

  •  Getting my first sack freshman year and it was the my first collegiate start too.
What song best describes your work ethic?
  • Rick Ross – Hold me back
What is the most important trait you can have (Physical or Non Physical) to help you succeed at the next level?
  •  Having a strong mentality
If you could bring one person back from the dead for one day, who would it be and why?
  •  I’m cheating on this one. I’d have to bring back both my grandmas just to tell them I miss them and show them what what their grandson is doing.
If you were to open a dance club, what would you name it?
  •  TJones Boogie Town
Who is the most overrated player in the NFL?
  •  Nobody honestly
Would you rather be liked or respected, and why?
  •  Respected, respect is EARNED not given!
What player who had his career derailed by off-field issues do you feel for the most and why?
