Who is your role model, and why?

My mother is my role model to me because throughout my life she has taught me the importance of hard work and constantly supported me despite what was going on in our lives.

Who was your favorite teacher?

Mr. Henderson from my high school

Did you play any other sports growing up?

I played basketball up until my freshmen year of high school and decided to focus on football

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Stefon Diggs in a high school 7on7 tournament.

Who is the most underrated player on your team?

A few players i believe belong in that category: Johnathant Istache, Brett Zanato, Christian Boyd, Chavas Rawlins

What is the one song that would fire you up before the biggest game of your life?

Right now Hellcat by Quavo and Quality Control

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Landon Collins, I am very downhill type but i am athletic enough to cover the deep third and make plays on the ball.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

At the beginning of my senior season of my colliegate career my sister was diagnosed with a serious auto immune disease that turned into cancer. I am very close with my sister and it effected me earlier in the season but she just encouraged me to be my best. She is still undergoing treatment but she is getting better everyday and still encourages me to pursue my goals.

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

I always had the approach to remain calm and loose. I would listen to music and smile enjoying the moment that was in front of me. i believed that my preparation during the week would faze out the jitters.

What was the most memorable play of your collegiate career?

It was week 3 against Dayton University and the game was back and forth into the 4th quarter. They were driving on us early in the 4th quarter and entered the redzone, running the ball consistently at this point in the game. It was a 2nd and 4 and the running back entered my gap and i got my helmet on the ball forcing a fumble that we recovered. On the ensuing drive we scored the game winning touchdown.

What is the coolest thing you ever did off the field for someone else?

I am in a fraternity. Iota Phi Theta. I am always doing community service, but one time in particular i was tutoring students in the hill district. Kids would ask me where i played and be in awe that i was a college athlete. Getting to motivate all those kids that all those dreams are very much achievable. It translated well to working hard in school so i thought it was important to emphasize that to them.

Pittsburgh Steelers

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

Sean Taylor, Beyonce, Thomas Edison
