I played a little basketball but only for a year or two.
Who was the toughest player you ever faced?
Probably my own teammate Ryan Allison
Who is the most underrated player on your team? Ivan Vixmar.
He doesn’t get the credit he deserves after all he does for our team.
What is the one song that would fire you up before the biggest game of your life?
Knuck if you buck by Crime Mob
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
Tyrann Mathieu because of size and heart. Also, we are both very versatile.
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
The biggest obstacle was my mother passing away. The thing that got me through it was my teammates.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
I lay my uniform out like Deion Sanders used to do.
What was the most memorable play of your collegiate career?
My most memorable moment would be my last game of my senior season. I had one of my best games and went out with a bang.
What is the coolest thing you ever did off the field for someone else? I went to an elementary Catholic school and helped kids with their spiritual life and played games with them.
Who was your favorite NFL team growing up?
49ers will never change.
