My parents because they have overcome adversity in their lives and always keep a positive attitude and I have always looked up to them.

Baseball, basketball, and track.
Who was the toughest player you ever faced?
Toughest player I ever faced was in practice my freshman year going against David Johnson.
Who is the most underrated player on your team?
I think all the players on my team are underrated and they all play with a chip on their shoulder and that’s what makes us a good team.
What is the one song that would fire you up before the biggest game of your life?
The song that fires me up the most would be Lose Yourself by Eminem
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
He’s no longer in the NFL but I would compare myself to Chris Borland. The size comparison is there as well as the intelligence and football awareness and savviness that he played with resembles my game. Also, having a nose for the football.
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
The biggest obstacle I had to overcome was playing through an ankle injury the majority of my sophomore season and overcoming surgery on it after the season.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
The only rituals I have is listening to music pre-game.
What was the most memorable play of your collegiate career?
The most memorable play so far was my game sealing interception to beat Iowa State my junior year.
What is the coolest thing you ever did off the field for someone else?
The coolest thing off the field I’ve done was building a local playground with my teammates this past summer.
