D’Onta Foreman’s attorney says gun is legal and he will pass a drug test
This morning D’Onta Foreman the Houston Texans newest running back was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm.
Today his attorney issued this statement to Brian Davis who covers the Texas Longhorns, Foreman’s Alma Mater.
His attorney claims the weapon is legal and that his client will pass any drug test adminstered. This is good to know, and I am sure the NFL will take him up on that.
