Paxton Lynch needs to step up

What does it take to win a starting job in the NFL? When you think of leaders, you look at the quarterback position. Paxton Lynch is a new quarterback for the Broncos, they took him in the first round and have a lot of faith in him. Well according to Mark Schlereth, a former Denver Broncos offensive lineman and someone still heavily entrenched with the club, Lynch isn’t interested in being the first guy in the building and the last guy out of it.
