Cowboys will start La’el Collins at RT; Former 1st round pick could fill in for him at guard

St. Louis Rams wanted to draft La'el Collins in the seventh round, I think they should have taken him.
La’el Collins is a beast, and now he will man the right tackle position for the Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys were able to land La’el Collins for practically nothing because they were not afraid to take a chance on him.  La’el Collins will not replace retired offensive tackle Doug Free at right tackle, according to multiple sources. Collins is pumped to play right tackle.

“Oh, man, it’s awesome actually,” Collins said, via the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. “I actually forgot how good it felt to be out on the edge, to kind of be out there on an island. Right now we’re not doing too much, just kind of working plays against the air. That’s about it. But it feels good.”

The Cowboys will give former first round pick Jonathan Cooper the opportunity to start at right guard filling in for Collins.  If Cowboys can somehow get Collins to play up to his potential they could be even better than last year.  That Cowboys O-Line is nothing to play with. Do not be surprised if Zeke runs for more than he did last year.
