Christian Hackenberg is penciled in as the third stringer for Jets
Today when OTA’s began, former Penn State quarterback Christian Hackenberg was the third string quarterback.
Many people feel Hackenberg will win the starting job, but he has not proved anything so far. Today he took third string reps behind Josh McCown and Bryce Petty. According to Ralph Vacchiano of SNY, Hackenberg spent all of practice on Tuesday working with the third-string offense.
