Billionaire Mark Cuban says Raiders decision to leave Oakland will backfire
The Oakland Raiders will soon be the Las Vegas Raiders, and Mark Cuban the owner of the Dallas Mavericks feels the decision will backfire badly.
He believes the league’s decision to approve that move and chase the money in Vegas will not end well.
“Why? There’s just no good reason. It’s no disrespect to Las Vegas, it’s a great city and it’s vibrant. But they’re going to a smaller market, it’s transient, and it’s just another example of chasing every last dollar, and that tends to backfire,” Cuban said, (h/t Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk).
What do you think? Could this be a start to something new, or will it end up being a bad move for the NFL?
