Yesterday, Mark Davis told reporters that roughly 1000 fans were refunded money for season ticket holders who were upset that the Raiders decided to leave Oakland. While Davis hated to lose fans, the team did just like any team should. They put the tickets back up for sale.
Based on 1,000 people being refunded, that could be around 2,000 to 3,000 tickets that were freed up, because no one buys 1 season ticket, that is boring.
Per Sam Farmer of the Los Angeles Times, it didn’t take long for all of the tickets that were released to be purchased. Two hours, to be exact. WOW
One person’s loss is another person’s treasure.
