Alabama LB Reuben Foster sent home from Combine after heated argument
Alabama linebacker and projected first-round pick Reuben Foster is slated to leave the NFL Scouting Combine early on Saturday, according to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.
Foster was involved in an argument with a student hospital worker earlier Friday evening after objecting to the way he was being treated, Rapoport reported. The big linebacker, who was not expected to participate in drills in Indianapolis because of recent rotator-cuff surgery in his right shoulder, will now return to Tuscaloosa on Saturday after the situation escalated and the decision was made that he should leave.
This could hurt Foster’s draft stock, but teams will definitely get to the bottom of it.
