Defensive End

Where do you play college football?

Florida International University

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Coolest thing I’ve did is visit Children’s Hospitals and playing games with them or just talking to them putting smiles on their faces. I really cherish the experiences I had doing this.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Accounting by far

Where are you from?

Dundee: Polk County, Florida

Who is your role model, and why?

My role model would be my Dad, he always pushed me to become a better man and the way people talk about how good a football player he was always gave me a reason to grind to try and be a better player

Did you play any other sports growing up?

I played basketball

Did you play any other positions in football?

Linebacker and Tight End

At your position, what separates you from others?

My combination of size, speed and strength which can allow me to be an every down player.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

I look for tendencies that the O-lineman may give away such as how light or heavy they are in their stances, as well as others that will help my get off.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

Forrest Lamp from WKU

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

Someone I watched growing up, Simeon Rice. I think I have that same combination of speed and strength

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Biggest obstacle I’ve had to overcome was having to sit out of football my sophomore year of college

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

Running out of the tunnel I jog down to the opposite side of the field to the 19 yard line and say a prayer. My God brother also played football for FIU and wore #19, he was killed on campus back in 2010

What is your biggest strength?

Versatility

What is your biggest weakness?

Initial hand use

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

You are getting a hard working, humble player who will give his all for the team and organization.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Jerome Bettis , Pittsburgh Steelers

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

Both of my grandfathers and MLK Jr.

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

Take my parents on a well deserved vacation
