Jets release veteran center Nick Mangold; Free up 9 million
Today the New York Jets released veteran center Nick Mangold. The move creates 9 plus million dollars in cap space.
The Jets need cap space but this move will hurt. Mangold was the best player on their offensive line.
Mangold plans on continuing his playing career and hopes to land with a contender.
