Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

Went to the local Nursing home in Terre Haute, IN this past Valentine’s Day. Me and a couple of my teammates gave Valentine’s Day cards to the elderly woman. It brought joy to me seeing how doing something so small can make another persons day.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Philosophy 424 (Machines & Cognition)

Where are you from?

Memphis, TN

Who is your role model, and why?

My mom. She taught me all of my core values growing up. I love my momma.

Did you play any other sports growing up?

Ran track and played basketball. Played baseball once in 5th grade.

Did you play any other positions in football?

I’ve always played running back.

At your position, what separates you from others?

Combination of Size & Speed.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

Tendencies of my opponent, how the react to certain formations, down and distance etc.

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

I’ve played a lot of good guys.. One that stands out is Avery Moss DE from Youngstown State  

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

LeGarrette Blount.. Smooth guy with a rare combo of speed and power, and will punish you if you get in the way.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

Biggest obstacle I’ve had to over come was just this year when I loss my uncle. He was the man that introduced me to the game of football & taught me everything I know about it. Hardest thing I’ve ever experienced but I bounced back by having my best season at Indiana State. (RIP Unc)

Yea

Durability being able to get better and run harder as the game goes on.

Perimeter Plays

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

I am a hard working individual that will come into work each and everyday with a positive attitude ready to compete and help your organization be successful.

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

Favorite player Marshawn Lynch

BO Jackson, Malcolm X, Nat Turner

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

Whatever my momma wants.
