Where do you play college football?

Reinhardt University then I transferred to Shorter University.

Football is about giving back, what is the coolest thing you have done off the field?

While in high school, I worked at the soup kitchen in Carrollton, GA and also while at Shorter as a team we helped set up homes for families who were in need.

What was the hardest college class you ever had to take?

Business Finance

Where are you from?

Carrollton, GA

Who is your role model, and why?

I have two, my mother and father are the most influential people in my life, without them I would not be anywhere, nor have the opportunities I have had.

 

Did you play any other sports growing up?

 

I played basketball, ran track and wrestled.

 

Did you play any other positions in football?

 

Pulling guard

 

At your position, what separates you from others?

 

My knowledge and understanding of what is going on during a play. Understanding where I am supposed to be in conjunction with my teammates.

 

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

 

I look for technical things and the amount of effort given on the play.

 

Who was the toughest player you ever faced?

 

A guy by the name of Tyreek Hill

 

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?

 

Elvis Dumervil

 

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

 

Trying to find my way into college, coming out of highschool I did not have any real offers at all until Reinhardt came and gave me an opportunity.

 

Do you have any pre-game rituals?

 

No not really

What is your biggest strength?

 

Being football savvy would have to be it.

 

What is your biggest weakness?

 

I try to do to much at times and put myself in a bad situation.

 

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say?

 

Hardworking and very knowledgeable but most importantly I am versatile and can be an asset in more than one way.

 

Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?

 

My favorite player was Ray Lewis hands down growing up, as far as a favorite team I did not have one, I am just a fan of watching football.

 

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?

 

LaDainian Tomlinson, Ray Lewis and Walter Payton

 

What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?

 

A decent sized house, nothing to big just something nice.
