My mother, she always made something out of nothing for me and my siblings.

Basketball, Soccer and Track

Quarterback

At your position, what separates you from others? 

My IQ. My production and leadership qualities.

When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?

Quarterback, receiver  tendencies and combinations .

Who was the toughest player you ever faced? 

Troy’maine Pope – Seattle Seahawks

If you could compare your play to one player who would it be and why? 

Eric Berry, Tremendous range. I’m a hard nose pass defender and physical run supporter

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome.?

Hurdling the streets of Birmingham. I had to stay focus, I didn’t want to become a  “could’ve been ” so I took action and paved my own way.

I meditate alone and listen to music

Playing to the level of my opponent.

If I were a GM and gave you a second to sell yourself, what would you say? 

I’m a sponge looking for knowledge to soak up and I understand the history of this franchise. Only greatness is allowed through those doors and I damn sure work to be great.

Michael Vick

Allen Iverson, Tyrann Mathieu and Tupac
