Quarterback:

Aaron Rodgers vs. ATL.

-Rodgers was having an uncharacteristic year where he seemed to be forcing the ball and he was making bad reads, but last week he broke his shaky spell and threw for 326 yards and 3 TD’s. The timing couldn’t be more perfect for him to continue his hot streak, as he faces a struggling Atlanta defense that has allowed the 3d most fantasy points to opposing QBs.

Matt Ryan vs. GB.

-Ryan is set to face a Green Bay defense that ranks at the bottom of the league in yards allowed through the air. The Packers are also coming off a very poor game against the run so I expect the play action to really open things up in the passing game.

Jameis Winston vs. OAK.

-The Tampa Bay offense looked rejuvenated last week against the 49ers and they face a weak Oakland defense that has struggled all season. Jacquizz Rodgers has given the offense another dimension and Winston has been protecting the ball better.

Ryan Fitzpatrick vs. CLE.

-After being benched and then forced to come into the game last week due to a Geno Smith knee injury, Fitzpatrick rebounded from his poor performance against Arizona by completing nine of 14 passes for 120 yards and a TD. This week he will face Cleveland, who has one of the worst defenses in the league as the Jets offense seems to be firing on all cylinders.

Carson Palmer vs. CAR.

-I never thought that I’d be promoting a match-up against the Panthers defense anytime soon, but Carolina has underperformed this season and they are not the team they were a year ago. Palmer had a tough match-up last week against Seattle and he still managed to pass for 342 yards. The Panthers are relying on a lot of youth in the secondary so you should expect the talented Arizona receivers to exploit their match-ups.
