Forbes study says Buffalo Bills are the least valued NFL franchise

Bills are worth only 1.5 billion dollars. They were recently sold for 1.4 billion

Forbes did a study on the most valuable team in the NFL as of 2016 and the Buffalo Bills are not too valuable. As a diehard Buffalo Bills fan I cannot understand how this is correct, but hey who am I?
