Lions release LB; Sign LB Raphael Kirby and activate Corey Robinson from PUP

Lions announced today that they have removed T Corey Robinson from Active/Physically Unable to Perform and signed undrafted rookie free agent LB Raphael Kirby.

Contract terms were not disclosed. The Lions also announced that they have waived LB Dominique Tovell.
