Buccaneers have signed OL Kelvin Palmer
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed OT Kevin Palmer to a contract on Monday, according to Greg Auman.
Palmer worked out for the Cowboys a few days ago. This is a great depth signing for the Buccaneers who are banged up right now on the line.
