Seven Baylor football players have asked for their release
In addition to head coach Art Briles and athletic director Ian McCaw losing their jobs, seven recruits who had signed letters of intent to play football for the school have requested their release.
According to ESPN, recruits Patrick Hudson, J.P. Urquidez, Jared Atkinson, Kameron Martin, Parrish Cobb and Donovan Duvernay have already requested their releases from their letters of intent. Another top recruit in the class also has plans to do so.
J.P. Urquidez is a big boy and a former four star recruit. This news really hurt Baylor and I would not be shocked if the lose a lot this year.
