Report: Dallas Cowboys want to host the 2018 NFL Draft
A few weeks ago the commissioner of the NFL Roger Goodell said there was a very good chance that the NFL Draft could be changing locations this year. Well according to the Dallas Morning News, the Cowboys owner Jerry Jones would like to host the NFL Draft. The Dallas Cowboys are in the process of building a new $1.5 billion practice facility in Frisco, Texas so this makes sense.
“The Dallas Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones are attempting to show off their new world headquarters by hosting one of the biggest events on the NFL calendar. The franchise is in discussions with the NFL to host the 2018 NFL draft at The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, a source confirmed Thursday. The proposal could also include using Arlington’s AT&T Stadium, or both facilities.”
This would be a big move for the Cowboys and their owner Jerry Jones.
