#Redskins signed small school DB Mariel Cooper and OL Al Bond
We are learning that small school defensive back Mariel Cooper has been signed by the Washington Redskins.
Cooper played college football for the Citadel. Cooper was invited to the Redskins mini camp and must have impressed.
We are learning that the Redskins also signed offensive lineman Al Bond. Bond was a former lineman for the University of Memphis who spent some time on the Lions roster.
