#Lions have signed OL Darius Johnson; Team releases former Oklahoma O-lineman
According to Tim Twentyman, the Lions signed OL Darius Johnson and waived OT Tyrus Thompson to make room for him.
Thompson played college football at Oklahoma. He was drafted by the Vikings in the sixth round, 185th overall of the 2015 NFL Draft.
MTSU OL Darius Johnson spent the first three years of his Blue Raider career at offensive tackle; however, the 6-foot-3, 305-pound lineman is making the transition to guard during spring practice.
