NFL Draft Diamonds and our staff have been bringing our readers Prospect Interviews over the past 2 years and this year we mixed up the questions and added some fun questions for our readers. We have tons of NFL staff that read our interviews, and we actually received several of the questions from NFL scouts we speak too. This gives them a little bit more information regarding your character. We hope to bring you more than 300 interviews of NFL Draft Prospects this season. You will be able to track them all on the front page of our website in the banner.

Student Athletic Advisory Committee Treasurer

Brett Favre, one of the best players of all time and a great competitor.
Did you play any other sports growing up?
Yes, baseball and basketball
Did you play any other positions in football?
Played quarterback and WR in High school.
At your position, what separates you from others?
I think I have good speed for my size. My 40 time on pro day would have been fastest at the combine. Playing receiver since I was young, I think my ball skills are one of my best attributes
When you are breaking down film, what do you look for?
When watching film on my self I look for the little things, how’s my footwork and where is my hand placement on block.
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be and why?
I’d compare myself to Greg Olsen or Jordan Reed. Both are very effective in the pass game but can go in the trenches and block LB’s and DE’s.
What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?
Foot injury. Worked my ass off during rehab and getting back to game speed.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
Not really. Say a prayer in the locker room pregame and go play.
What is your biggest strength?
Competitiveness. I will do any and everything I have to do to win.
What is your biggest weakness?
I think I may be over aggressive on blocks sometimes. Which leads to bad footwork while blocking.
Who was your favorite player and/or NFL team growing up?
Cardinals. Growing up in AZ I think I was forced to like the Cardinals.
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would you choose?
Adam Sandler, Larry Fitzgerald, and Brett Favre.
What will be the first big item you buy once you are in the NFL?
Probably a house.
- Tupac or Biggie?
- NFL Network or ESPN?
- Coke or Pepsi?
- Pizza or Burgers?
- Dogs or Cats?
