Vikings re-signed defensive tackle Kenrick Ellis to a one year deal
Today Tom Pelissero of the USA Today reported that defensive tackle Kenrick Ellis has re-signed with the Minnesota Vikings. 
Vikings in mid-October, as he signed with the Vikings after Shamar Stephen was placed on injured reserve with a foot injury. Ellis appeared in nine games with the Vikings and recorded just nine combined tackles.
