Ten free agent signings that I would love to see; Who do you want for your team?

Will Matt Forte play this week?
Matt Forte wants to win a Super Bowl, but he ends up landing an offer which makes him the starter. He cannot pass it up

I was sitting here today and wanted to come up with ten free agent signings that I would love to see. I think some teams are just a few players away, and these signings would make all these teams better. I want to know which player you would like to see for your team.

Matt Forte – I would love to see the Miami Dolphins move on from Lamar Miller and bring Ryan Tannehill a player like Forte. I do not care how old he is, because the guy is a proven stud.  Forte is the top free agent in my mind, and he could be a huge asset for the Dolphins. While the Dolphins do not have a ton of cap space, I think the Dolphins would be dumb not to make this investment.  Forte is a good running back and the team drafted Jay Ajayi last year who could come in and spell Forte if he was hurt.

Mario Williams – The Oakland Raiders have tons of money and I would love to see them land Mario Williams. Right now the Raiders have Khalil Mack and could really use another player on the other side to really get after the quarterback. If the Raiders had Williams and Mack you would not be able to double team both of them, which would free up one of them. I could see 10 plus sacks each out of Mack and Williams. I think Mario would look nasty in Black and Silver.

James Laurinaitis – The Buffalo Bills are hurting right now at the linebacker position and Laurinaitis could be a great fit in Rex Ryan’s defense.  The Bills have Preston Brown and Nigel Bradham (who is currently a free agent), and Manny Lawson. The Bills need another linebacker, and Laurinaitis could be a great fit for Rex Ryan.

Malik Jackson – The Denver Broncos defensive end is a beast, and at the end of the day the Jaguars have all the money in the world.  The Jaguars offer Jackson a ton of money to the player who maybe the biggest name in free agency.

Robert Griffin III – The Houston Texans have a problem at the quarterback position and RG3 would like to get back to Texas.  This makes the most sense, and I think the Texans could let him compete for a starting spot.  RG3 and Bill O’Brien could be a good fit, and it may be a cheaper decision.

Bruce Irvin – The Atlanta Falcons need a pass rusher and let’s face it Irvin is going to get paid.  Irvin has already been rumored to the Falcons and this move makes the most sense.  Falcons have been looking for a good pass rusher for some time. Now they pair Irvin across from Vic Beasley and watch out.

Janorris Jenkins – The New England Patriots currently have one true corner on their team with Malcolm Butler and now they can add a player that would fit the Bill Belichick mold perfectly.  I think Jenkins is looking for a big pay day, and the Patriots offer something better than just a big pay day. They can offer a winning team.  Jenkins is a smart kid and signs a 2 year deal with the Patriots, and rather than taking the biggest deal, he takes a chance to win over the money.

Alex Mack – The Jaguars like I said before have the most money and they could definitely use a center. The team released Zane Beadles who was a huge bust for them.  Mack is a Pro Bowler, and a guy that can come in right away and change the elements of the Jaguars. Mack is a huge steal for the Jaguars but still becomes the highest paid center, AGAIN.

Doug Martin – New York Jets may not have a ton of money but the team is able to add a back like Doug Martin.  Martin signs a deal with the Jets and becomes the new face of the team. With Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell leaving the Jets are able to add a young Martin who ends up turning out to be a steal for the Jets.

Russell Okung – Okung is in the market for a big pay day and he is able to find one. The Pittsburgh Steelers sign Okung and the former Seahawks offensive tackle is able to come to the team and protect Big Ben.
