Rashean Mathis officially retires from the NFL; Tyrunn Walker expected to re-sign with Lions
Today the Detroit Lions made a couple moves. The team announced that they placed Rashean Mathis the former Bethune-Cookman cornerback has retired. The team placed Mathis on the reserve/retired list.
The team is also expected to re-sign Tyrunn Walker according to David Birkett. Ian Rapoport says he Heard it’s a 1-year deal for $1.6M with a chance to make $2.25M. Played well for DET last year.
