The Oakland Raiders have become the first team to strike an agreement with a player. According to Rand Getlin the Raiders have struck and agreement with offensive lineman Kelechi Osemele.

Osemele was born and raised in Houston, Texas and played college football for Iowa State University. The Baltimore Ravens selected Osemele in the second round (60th overall) in the 2012 NFL Draft.
