The Buffalo Bills have placed a tendered offer on three of their restricted free agents to include Chris Hogan, Corbin Bryant and Jordan Mills.

Big question now is if Bills have decided not to tender S Bacarri Rambo, DT Stefan Charles and LB Ty Powell. Have until Wednesday.
