Terrell Owens says he is now eligible to return to football; Sends message to Rams
Terrell Owens was snubbed today at the Hall of Fame ceremony and now the All Time wide out is trying to come back.

Owens has never given up his passion for the game and has always said he wanted to return. Well he sent a message to the Rams, he might as well try to come back.
